Do I need to have a gym membership in order to work with you?
Yes, you do need a valid PureGym membership.
How long is the session?
1 session typically last about 60min.
I'm not sure if I can afford your services, what is the minimum price?
My prices range from £200 to £720 per month and include the option to increase or decrease the number of personal training sessions, which ensures my services are flexible enough to change month by month with your progression and current commitments.
How much do you charge?
I charge per package based on personalized program design complexity, and the number of one-on-one personal training sessions at PureGym Leytonstone. The package prices will be determined during your initial consultation and discussed at the end, considering your goals and budget.
Do I get a workout plan?
Yes, I do provide a workout plan so you know what to do on the days when you don't have a session with me.
Do I get a meal plan?
No, meal plan is not included.
Are you very strict sort of trainer?
I do my best to get you results, I am trying to keep every session fun but at the same time making sure that you did get the best out of it. No worries, I don't bite or scream :)
